Pre-School Dance
Mommy & Me, Tiny Tots Creative Dance
Girls: Tank-style, cotton, white or pink leotard ($21-$30) and footed tights ($20) or white ankle socks, pink leather ballet shoes, example:
Bloch Bunny Hop ($22-$25), dance skirts are allowed.
Boys: Any solid color T-shirt and black dance pants or sweatpants, black
leather ballet shoes.
NO BARE LEGS AND LONG HAIR MUST BE SECURELY TIED UP, FRINGE SHOULD NOT COVER FACE – HAIR MUST BE IN A BUN. NO PONYTAILS. Prices are approximate FYI w/o HST.
Ballet: Graded RAD Syllabus
Creative Dance, Pre-Primary & Primary in Dance
Girls: Any cotton tank-style leotard *Mondor Tank style #1645 in 'true pink' or Motionwear ($21-$30). Footed Tights *Mondor #310 in 'ballerina pink' ($17) OR Body Wrappers footed C80 colour 'LPK' ($18) and pink leather ballet slippers, Bloch Bunny Hop ($22-$25). Short ballet skirts are permitted (circular/not wrap-skirt).
Boys: T-shirt blue or white, Navy or black poly-cotton or lycra shorts, White socks, White or Black canvas or leather ballet shoes ($35)
Ballet: Graded RAD Syllabus
Grade 1 & Grade 2
Girls: *Leotard in “Royal Blue”, cotton tank-style Bloch #5405 in “Royal blue” ($30), Footed Tights *Mondor #310 in 'ballerina pink' ($20) or Body Wrappers C80 LPK, ($18) Pink leather full-soled ballet slippers (Bloch #205). No Dance skirts permitted.
**Character skirt: Circular, mid-shin length 3 stripes of 1/4' ribbon around base of skirt in different blues (Available at Jinny Bee’s) Character shoes, Bloch #315, RAD-approved low heel ($42).
Boys:
Black tights ($24) or dance pants, black or white solid color T-shirt, and black full-soled leather ballet slippers.

**Character skirt: Circular, mid-shin length 3 stripes of 1/4' ribbon around base of skirt in different greens Available at Jinny Bee’s). Character shoes, Bloch #314 RAD-approved higher-heel ($42)
Males: Males white short-sleeved dance leotard OR well-fitting white Tshirt, Black or Navy poly-cotton shorts or tights, White socks, Black or white canvas or leather ballet shoes ($30-$35). A dance belt is required under shorts/tights for added support. Black, leather character shoes dress shoes or tap shoes with the taps removed.

Girls: Any colour, any style leotard. Students may be asked to purchase a leotard of a chosen style and colour as chosen by their instructor closer to exam time. For the exam, a matching chiffon skirt may be necessary. CDM has some skirts available for use for exam rehearsal and exam day (possible extra fee to be included in exam fees), Bodywrappers A31 footed tights in “Ballet Pink”.
Pink leather or canvas, full or split-soled ballet slippers (Bloch #205 or #258, $27-$30)
**Character skirt: Circular, mid-shin length 3 stripes of 1/4' ribbon around base of skirt to match exam leotard. Ribbon may be changed at Jinny Bee’s. Character shoes, Bloch, RAD-approved higher-heel ($42).
Males: Males white short-sleeved dance leotard OR well-fitting white T- shirt, Black or Navy poly-cotton shorts or tights, White socks, Black or white canvas or leather ballet shoes. A dance belt is required under shorts/tights for added support. Black, leather character shoes dress shoes or tap shoes with the taps removed ($50)

Girls: Black or Royal Blue Leotard, any classical style preferably spaghetti strap. Convertible Tights Bodywrappers A31 tights in “Ballet Pink”. Split or Full-soled canvas or leather ballet shoes with pink 3⁄4 “ ribbon (Inter. Foundation) or soft blocked pointe shoes (req’d for Intermediate exam). Pointe shoes (by permission only, must be approved by teacher, $75-$120) for with 1-inch wide ribbon, avoid heel elastics.
Males:Males white short-sleeved dance leotard OR well-fitting white T- shirt, Black or Navy poly-cotton shorts or tights, White socks, Black or white canvas or leather ballet shoes. Solo Seal students should have a black rehearsal tutu.
